Welcome to TZD. By accessing any part of our ecosystem—including Kindred Dominion, the 8th SINZ, and all connected platforms, digital services, events, or community spaces—you agree to honor the following terms:
1. Respect the Dominion
You are entering a space built on unity, creativity, and the K1NDR3D Code. Harassment, hate speech, exploitation, or toxic behavior of any kind will result in removal. We protect our peace, fiercely and fairly.
2. Community Contribution
Content you share (art, mods, music, writing, avatars, etc.) within TZD may be featured, credited, or celebrated across our platforms. By sharing, you grant us permission to uplift your work—always with proper attribution.
3. Your Account, Your Responsibility
Whether you’re joining through Discord, VRChat, our website, or game servers, keep your login credentials secure. Any activity from your account is your responsibility.
4. Don’t Steal Our Soulwork
All original content, branding, lore, systems (like the 8th SINZ), and experiences developed by TZD are protected under copyright and trademark law. Don’t copy, sell, or exploit any part of our world without permission.
5. Nonprofit Shift & Transparency
We are in the process of evolving TZD into a nonprofit built to serve creators and community. All decisions made are aligned with our mission to support artists, gamers, and visionaries through collaboration and empowerment.
6. Zero Tolerance for Exploitation
We do not tolerate scams, grooming, AI misuse, or manipulation in any form. This includes behind-the-scenes behavior, false representation, and boundary-pushing. You will be reported and removed.
7. Membership Tiers & Donations
If you choose to support us via Patreon, donations, or other tiered offerings, you understand that contributions are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Your Privacy, Protected
We don’t sell your data. Any information you share is only used to enhance your experience within the ecosystem. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. The Right to Evolve
We reserve the right to change these terms as we grow. You’ll be notified of major updates, but continued use of our services means you accept the current terms.
